SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We know you’re excited to get your ARIKA Jewellery pieces as quickly as possible, which is why we ship orders out business days from our studio in Mumbai, India.

 

PROCESSING TIME
We work as hard as we can to process your order as efficiently as possible. Depending upon the location, the product will be delivered to you

within 5-7 business days after it has been dispatched from our studio.
Due to the current Covid situation there might be a slight delay

in delivering your products.
During peak times such as promotional sales and public holidays

please allow 2-3 days of additional grace days to receive your delivery.

 

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Free shipping is available anywhere in India only on all products, subject to a minimum order value. A Shipping charge of ₹100/- will be applied to all orders below ₹3000/-
We ship orders PAN India via large network of reputed courier services.


For International orders,

shipping charges will be applicable as per the courier agencies.

ARIKA Jewellery is not responsible for parcels that are delayed in transit

due to the fault of the courier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and work with you to provide as much information as we can if you decide to lodge an investigation with courier company.

ARIKA Jewellery is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned back to us due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout.

ARIKA Jewellery is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced post it is delivered. For damaged piece Refund & Replacements policy will be applied.
For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. We are not responsible for any costs imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit.

ARIKA Jewellery will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you require further information. For Refund and Replacements please refer to the policy details to know more.

REFUND & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

We want you to fall in love with our pieces, so if in case you get a damaged or a wrong price do not worry, simply follow these steps!

​

We don’t accept return or cancellations once the order is placed
In case you received a damaged piece do get in touch with us within 48 hours from the receipt of the delivery. We shall send you the same design if it is available in stock or shall offer you a store credit which will be valid for 3 months.
In case you received a wrong piece, you can either opt for a replacement

if the same design is not available in stock then we get the wrong piece picked up and we can issue a store credit which will be valid for 3 months.
To process any such claims, customers must drop an email on arika.jewellery@gmail.com with a photograph of the damaged/wrong piece

within 48 hours of the receipt of the delivery.

In case of wrong piece, we will bear the cost of sending you a replacement

and get the piece picked up from your place.
