We work as hard as we can to process your order as efficiently as possible. Depending upon the location, the product will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days after it has been dispatched from our studio.
Due to the current Covid situation there might be a slight delay
in delivering your products.
During peak times such as promotional sales and public holidays please allow
2-3 days of additional grace days to receive your delivery.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR ARIKA JEWELLERY PIECES
We want you to be able to keep your Arika Jewellery pieces for as long as possible! So here are a few quick recommendations we suggest:

We recommend not to store your jewellery in the boxes you receive it in,
as they are designed for transport and not long-term use.
Instead wrap them with a soft cloth to keep your pieces safe!

Avoid lotions, tanning products and perfumes - the chemicals in these products will react to the metals which can cause discolouration.

All metals are delicate, so treat your piece with love and care!
We recommend cleaning your pieces weekly.

92.5 SILVER
92.5 silver is perfect for those who want to leave their pieces on all the time!
All 92.5 silver will naturally oxidise slightly and tarnish over time
so do take care of your pieces.

GOLD AND SILVER PLATED
Gold and silver plating is a method of bonding a thin layer of liquid gold or silver onto the surface of another metal such as 92.5 silver or brass by electrochemical plating. Arika Jewellery pieces are of the highest quality with thick plating. Tarnishing is subject to change due to the acidity of the wearers skin,
and exposure to products such as perfumes, moisturisers, tans or cleaning products. Tarnishing is not a manufacturing fault and if you would like to have a piece which can be worn for a longer period of time we recommend our
handcrafted jewellery range.
